David Murrow is director of Church for Men, an organization dedicated to restoring a healthy, masculine spirit in Christian congregations. He is the author of Why Men Hate Going to Church, an inspirational bestseller. David has spoken about the gender gap on the NBC, Fox, and PBS and has contributed to several Christian magazines, including Christianity Today, Leadership Journal, Outreach and many others. In addition, he has contributed material to Discovery Channel, NBC, ABC, CBS, Food Network, Travel Channel, and many others. David has a degree in Anthropology from Baylor University. He’s married with three children and lives in Chugiak, Alaska.
Jonathan grew up in a ministry home and entered vocational ministry life eighteen years ago. As a youth pastor he worked with two other youth pastors to start a community wide ministry that saw over 700 students come through the doors in two years. Feeling a desire to start new churches, Jonathan and his family served in an associate role on a “parachute” team into urban Atlanta, GA. Now in Denver he has had the opportunity to launch a new church with a launch team drawn from 2 large Converge churches in the Denver metro area. Jonathan has been married to his wife Mary for twenty three years and has three teenagers.
Josh Barrett is the founding pastor of The Church of Celebration in Maricopa, AZ. Since starting COC in May, 2006 it has grown from just family to over 1000 Maricopians who call COC their home. They have also seen over 900 people come to Christ since its inception. Church of Celebration is focused on “Making His Name More Famous In Maricopa!” Josh is married to Ginger Barrett and they have three unbelievable kids.
Matt Hammett is the lead pastor of Flood Church, in San Diego, California. Flood Church developed out of Matt’s passion and vision to see an emerging generation encounter the living God in a creative and diverse worship environment. He currently serves on the international board of Children of the Nations. Matt and his wife Roxanne have four children.

Bill Bush has been in pastoral ministry for over twenty-three years. Bill is the Lead Pastor of Rock Point Church and serves on the Vision Arizona, a church planting movement for Converge SW. With a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Christian Leadership, Bill is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Adult and Family Ministries. He and his wife, Carrie, have been married for twenty-two years; they are the proud parents of three children.
Jessica McNichol has been on staff at Rock Point Church since 2010. Tasked with effectively combining the opposing worlds of production and creativity, she fully engages the heart of each individual in every service and she enjoys the challenge of translating a Pastor’s wish list into a well-coordinated and authentic Sunday worship experience. Jessica’s skills are also put to good use at home, with her husband, Chad and five children.
Shawn Gray has been leading worship at Rock Point Church since 2007. Shawn spent the better part of this twenties traveling the country on tour as an independent Christian artist, receiving radio play in many of the major music markets around the country as well as internationally. He has taught songwriting classes for Embassy Music, led worship at various leadership conferences. Shawn’s wife of six years, Sarah, leads worship with him at Rock Point. Shawn and Sarah have one son, Jack, named after Shawn’s mentor and late grandfather who Shawn lists as one of the most influential spiritual leaders in his life.
Scott Ridout is one of the two Lead Pastors (along with Chad Moore) at Sun Valley Community Church in Gilbert, Arizona. Scott also invests his time as Director of Generosity for Converge Worldwide, serves on the leadership team of the Vision Arizona church planting movement and trains pastors to break through growth/health barriers through personal coaching. Sun Valley has been named as one of Outreach Magazine’s fastest growing churches in America 4 out of the last six years. He and his wife Lisa have been with Sun Valley Community Church for twenty one years.

Dale Peterson was called into the ministry of Eagle Brook Church where he has served as the Pastor of Small Groups, Adult Ministries and later Executive Pastor of Ministry. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of the Eagle Brook Association. He received his Bachelor of Science in Music Education and continued his education at Indiana State University earning a Master of Science in Student Development while working full-time for the university. He married his wife, Amy, in 1985 and together they have four wonderful children.
Lee Stephenson is the Founding/Lead Pastor of Harvest Community Church in Mesa, Ariz. In four years, Harvest has grown to over 800 in regular attendance, moved to a permanent facility, and is uniquely impacting its surrounding community. Lee also serves on the lead team for Vision Arizona. He is passionate about starting new churches, but also helping established churches thrive and prepare to reach the next generation. Lee has been married to his wife, Melissa, for ten years and together they have two children.

John Fuller has been the Senior Pastor at Prairie Lakes Church for fourteen years, and has been part of the MIBC for twenty two years. He serves on the Board of Overseers for Converge Worldwide. He has a passion to see Iowa reached for Christ, and Prairie Lakes Church launched their fourth campus in September of this year. John has been married to his wife, Kay, for twenty five years and is the father of three children.
Ginger and her husband (Josh Barrett) moved to Maricopa, Arizona to plant the Church of Celebration in 2005. Ginger has been an accomplished classroom teacher, STARR instructor, and national education presenter. Her background in education and her passion for children eventually led her to the world of children’s ministry where she soon began serving on staff as Children’s Director at their previous church. She then was tasked with launching a successful Children’s Ministries from scratch at the Church of Celebration. Currently, Ginger has transitioned to the role of a stay at home mom to her 3 children and is serving in ministry alongside her husband.
