As executive director of Converge Church Planting, Lee is passionate about starting new churches, but also helping established churches thrive and prepare to reach the next generation. He thrives on assisting pastors and those in ministry to think through leadership challenges and strategically plan for the future.
Besides being the son of a pastor, Lee has been in pastoral ministry for more than 16 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and a master’s degree in Ministry. The greatest moments in his life are spent with his wife of 12 years, Melissa, and their two children.
Lee also enjoys camping, mountain biking, golfing, hanging with his family, watching movies with his wife and reading a good book. And yes, Lee is obsessed with Notre Dame football.

He began in ministry pastoring in Mississippi before serving the historic Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, California. For over 17 years Albert has preached the gospel around the world to tens of thousands of people from all walks of life.
